Treasury Entry

A comprehensive solution for managing treasury transactions, it enables you to record and track various financial activities related to treasury operations, this feature consists of two components: Treasury Entry, Treasury List.

Main Features

1. Treasury Entry: The Treasury Entry functionality allows you to create detailed records of treasury transactions. You can specify the mode of payment as either "Cheque" or "Cash" based on the nature of the transaction. Additionally, you can choose the type of payment, such as "Receive" or "Pay" to accurately reflect the direction of the funds. Key highlights of the Treasury Entry feature:

   • Flexible Mode of Payment: Classify transactions as either "Cheque" or "Cash" to accurately capture the flow of funds.

   • Payment Type Options: Choose the appropriate payment type, such as "receive" or "Pay," for each transaction.

2. Treasury List: The Treasury List feature serves as a comprehensive repository of treasury transactions, providing an overview of all recorded entries. It includes a checkbox to enable or disable party-based entries, differentiating between transactions associated with specific parties and those that are not party-dependent. Key highlights of the Treasury List feature:

   • Party-Based Entry: Differentiate between party-based and non-party-based transactions, organizing and analyzing treasury data effectively.

How To Use:

1. Login with the System Manager or Accounts Manager
2. Navigate to Treasury and fill this information :

• Name
• Company
• Treasury Main Account

• Mode of payment account

  

3. then Navigate to Treasury Entry and fill this information:

• Treasury
• Payment Type

• Mode of Payment
