General
IT Management is an ERPNext app for managing your companies or customers IT landscape. In this app you can manage configuration items like hardware servers, clients, printers and other assets like software instances, licences, user accounts etc. These can all be bundled in solutions to quickly be able to understand your IT landscape and resolve issues fast and at ease.
We are focusing on accessability, ease of use and extensibility. Also we are building very close to ERPNext's style guide and navigation.

The application is vague and the way it is used is incomprehensible
The application is vague and the way it is used is incomprehensible, and I noticed that the number of downloads users of this application is very few Here are the following tips 1- Create a workspace for the application 2 - make a flow chart that describes how your app running and how doctype interacts with the ERP 3 - create documentation for your application 4 - add descriptions for fields that are unknown you make a big project I think this advice will help you grow and you can make it paid with a monthly subscription
