Hosting Support

Hosting applications on your own can be challenging. You're usually reacting to issues and dependent on developers to debug and fix them.

We’ve designed Frappe Cloud to simplify hosting and debugging. However, if you’re stuck during a deployment, make an error during an upgrade, or have billing queries, you can reach out to Frappe support and we will help you within defined SLAs.

Product Warranty

If you encounter an incorrect behavior or bug in our application, we provide support to fix it. Our support only covers bugs that are replicable in our system. We don’t support bugs arising due to customizations or 3rd party apps. In such cases, we recommend you to reach out to the respective app developer or partner ecosystem to get help. 

Currently we provide product warranty for Frappe Framework, ERPNext, FrappeHR, FrappeHR, Insights and Learning.

Premium Support

This is for companies that need personalized and priority support for mission-critical and large-scale projects. We suggest premium support for large-scale deployments with enterprise scale and performance requirements.
